Term 3, 28th august, 2015

Hi I'm Cassie and I'm here with my partner Joseph. We will be talking about what has happened in the last few days. We have been really busy doing Inquiry cross-overs. Term 3, week 1, July 22nd 2015

Hi my name is Cassie and I am here with  my class mate Joseph and we are your bloggers for today.Yesterday we learned about Harriet Tubman. She was born as a slave and she escaped from her slavery. She saved more than 300 slaves in her life. We also have made some designs for a freedom quilt that Harriet made and one is called the Flying Geese.They would hang the quilt they made on their washing line or fence.They would always travel at night so no one could see them. She also consulted with the manages of the underground railway to transport the slaves safely to Pennsylvania  where they were freed. Good bye and see you next week!

Term 2, wk 9, 2015

Hi it's me Cassie again.We have a student teacher her name is Catherine she has been teaching us for
two weeks. She is reading us the thirteen story tree house. She has the best voice for characters. She has a teacher coming in to to her teach us today. She is a perfect teacher for our classroom. Today she taught us about Maori new year ( Matariki ). We have learned a lot from her. See you next week everyone.

Week 8, Term 2, 2015

Hi my name is Cassie and my partner Judy are writing the blog for this week. We had badminton at school on Tuesday. We have been learning badminton in the hall. We have a teacher called Fong. She teaches skilled badminton and she had been at many schools teaching badminton. In art we are drawing sketches of our bodies and drawing patterns in the outline. Once we finished that we coloured with pastels. Thanks! Judy and Cassie.

Term 2, week 5,May 18 2015.

My name is Cassie and I am your blogger for this week. We made a squash sandwich with Jamie Oliver. We also had partners and we had six trained vegetable cutters to cut all our vegetables, herbs and fruit. Our cutters names were Marie, Joesph, Ashton, Anglina, Yasmine and me (Cassie). We all learned all of the vegetables that are in the whole world! See you on Thursday. It will be my final week of blogging!

Term 2 week 3
